Assistant Officer – Business Administration
Location: Jurong East (Office & Warehouse Coordination)
Employment Type: Full‑Time (1‑Year Contract, Renewable)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Assistant Officer to support warehouse and office operations. You will help with shipping documents, invoices, stock tracking, and coordination between teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Documents – Create invoices and shipping papers.
- Check Shipments – Verify incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain Records – File and update warehouse and project documents.
- Coordinate Transport – Arrange deliveries between warehouse and sites.
- Support Teams – Work with vendors, internal teams, and overseas offices.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or data entry systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
