Job description for ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT at United Medicare Pte Ltd
PM Executive is to coordinate projects end-to-end, ensuring they directly improve patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency while remaining compliant with strict healthcare regulations.
1. Project Planning
Define scope, timelines, and manpower (nurses, caregivers, admin staff) together with project stakeholders.
Align projects with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., MOH guidelines in Singapore)
2. Coordination with Clinical & Non-Clinical Teams
Ensure smooth coordination between care delivery and project activities
Schedule meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items
3. Regulatory & Compliance Support
Ensure projects comply with:
Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements
Assist in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes
Maintain proper documentation for compliance reviews
4. Execution & Monitoring
Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource usage
Identify risks like staffing shortages or operational disruptions
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed project documentation:
SOPs, workflows, and care protocols
Progress reports and dashboards
Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
6. Quality Improvement & Patient Care Initiatives
Support quality improvement projects.
Collect and analyze data (KPIs, incident reports)
Recommend process improvements
7. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Liaise with:
Medical suppliers
IT vendors (for healthcare systems)
Contractors (for facility upgrades)
Ensure deliverables meet healthcare standards
Key Skills Needed
Understanding of healthcare operations and nursing workflows
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (especially local MOH requirements)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail (critical in patient care settings)
Basic data analysis for quality improvement

Requirement
Qualification
· Bachelor Degree/Diploma in related discipline
Experience
· At least 8 years of relevant work experience
