 The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package Programme (EWTPP) is a strategic initiative supported by Workforce Singapore Agency (WSG) and administered by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) as the anchor programme partner. It aims to support companies in their workforce transformation efforts. The Assistant Manager (Finance & Compliance) supports the effective financial management, compliance, and audit processes for the EWTP Programme. This role is responsible for tracking payments and claims, managing advisor remuneration and claims, supporting audit and compliance controls, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and grant administration. The Senior Executive works closely with managers and advisors to ensure robust financial governance, timely disbursement, and adherence to WSG funding agreement requirements.

Financial Management & Reporting

Track weekly financial payments, grant disbursements and claims, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.

Provide overall financial information and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis for management review.

Manage advisors’ monthly service fees, quarterly performance incentives, transport claims and annual bonus payments.

Prepare budget projections, monitor programme funding utilisation and support financial planning for the EWTP Programme.

Provide financial information for annual programme progress reports to WSG and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Compliance, Audit & Grant Administration

Support audit and compliance controls for financial and grant administration, ensuring adherence to WSG funding agreement requirements.

Manage claims submission to WSG, ensuring all supporting documentation and reporting templates are accurate and complete.

Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support audits, reporting and data integrity.

Track and report on grant disbursement status, financial compliance and audit findings.

Advisor & Programme Support

Support advisors’ HR, IT and administrative queries and requests, including leave management and contract for services agreements.

Liaise with internal teams to resolve finance and compliance-related issues affecting programme delivery.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all finance, compliance, and reporting activities comply with WSG funding agreement requirements, including audit, procurement and data management protocols.

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, compliance controls and reporting accuracy.


Job Requirements

Job Experience and Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in financial management, compliance, audit, or grant administration within the enterprise, workforce development or public sector landscape.

Demonstrated ability to support financial operations, claims processing and reporting activities in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Experience in managing financial systems, grant platforms or audit processes is advantageous.

Technical Competencies

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in managing financial records and compliance documentation.

Proficiency in digital tools, including finance systems and Excel.

Competence in supporting audit preparation, claims submission and financial reporting.

Ability to compile reports, track financial metrics and maintain accurate records.

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Strong drive to deliver results and contribute to programme success.
