About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-oriented Assistant HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the organization.
What you'll be doing
Independently manage and execute the full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, leave administration, employee records management, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Support both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including policy implementation, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount forecasting, and continuous process improvements.
Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing professional, responsive, and people-oriented support.
Handle employee relations, workplace communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, learning, and development initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
What we’re looking for
·At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hands-on HR generalist role.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR operations.
Able to work independently and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Mature, resourceful, and confident in handling sensitive employee matters professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
