Job description for Assistant Finance Manager at Top Global
Job Responsibilities:
Playing a lead role in the financial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries which include but are not limited to:
· Manage the full spectrum of general accounting and finance functions, monthly closing and reporting, project costing, budgeting and forecast, simple group consolidation accounting, cash flow management and tax submission
· Prepare statutory and management reports and provide reviews of monthly financial statements to track the company’s financial status and performance
· Oversee and reviewing works done by the finance department
· Liaise with bankers, external auditors, company secretary, tax and legal advisors and regulators
· Undertake any ad-hoc project as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory function.
· Having a minimum of 3 years audit experience would be an added advantage
· Good technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and management reporting requirements
· Good knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
· Good analytical thought process and business acumen, able to anticipate issues and offer ideas for resolution
· Meticulous with strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure with tight working deadlines
· A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
