Assistant Customer Service Officer (Air-Con)

Construction Company in Woodlands is looking for Assistant Customer Service Officer (Air-Con)

Roles & Responsibilities 

Responsible for administrative duties.

Liaising with Customers, Main-con and Sub-Con on scheduling of Air Con Servicing.

Co-ordinate with the operations team for purchase requisition.

Assist in customer's enquires and feedback.

Prepare and follow up on quotation. 

Perform data entry and update servicing report for billing. 

Assist in overdue payment.

Manage and monitor project contracts.

Filling and Bookkeeping.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min. 3 years of experience in administration work.

Min. O Level.

Candidate with air conditioning knowledge will have an advantage. Candidate willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate fluently in English.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office. 

A team player and possess problem-solving and coordination skills.

**Please note that this role is a 5-day work week, plus a half-day Saturday only to standby for calls to Company Mobile Phone.
