Personal Assistant
*Requirements*
-Preferably experience as an assistant/executive assistant.
-Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters).
-Experience with CRM and task management tools.
-Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Confident English.
-Initiative, responsibility, and ability to follow through.
*Responsibilities*
-Executive Support:
Manage schedule, schedule meetings, calls, and business trips.
Assist in organizing travel, booking tickets, hotels, and transportation.
Remind about deadlines and ensure they are met.
-Task and Project Management:
Perform, assign, and monitor tasks in CRM/task management systems.
Coordinate the work of the team and contractors.
Prepare reports on the status of tasks and projects.
-Document Management and Communication:
Prepare letters, commercial proposals, and presentations (Indonesian/English).
Organize and maintain documents in Google Drive.
Participate in meetings and take minutes.
-Business Process Support:
Research and find solutions for assigned tasks.
Assist in staff recruitment.
Maintain a contact database.
