About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to join our team at PT Arianda Putra Pratama. As the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of our Sites across Sulawesi Area. This is a full-time position that will require you to be based in Makassar.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience across your area of responsibility

Closely monitoring the performance of individual Sites, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Providing strong leadership and direction to your team, supporting their professional development and ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent results

Collaborating with the regional and national management team to align on objectives, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the business

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within your area of responsibility

Actively participating in the company's continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and cost savings

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (5+ years) in an operations role, preferably within the healthcare industry

A strong track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regional and national management

A degree in Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
