You will lead architectural design, execution, and project management while collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and manage project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage internal and external teams to drive project progress and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural models and drawings for project delivery
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
- Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software
