Job Summary
You will lead architectural design, execute project plans, and manage project delivery while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and oversee project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Supervise and guide internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and project performance
- Utilize ARCHICAD software to develop detailed architectural designs and documentation
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience
- Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
