Job description for AR Accounts Assistant at Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
• Issue of invoices
• Update daily of sales receipts and reconcile to bank receipts
• Validate Outlet and Factory Sales/Receipts and enter into accounting system
• Review AR aging report and track AR collection.
• Follow up with Outlet on pending Outlet Sales/Receipts issues
• Prepare daily Sales reports and month end reports
• Submission of e-invoices via government portal
• Sort mall vouchers received from outlets and submission to Mall for redemption
• Provide adhoc reports required by Management
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy
Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel
Able to take responsibility, being accountable
Detail-oriented and analytical
Team player and able to work on own initiative
Positive Attitude, communication & coordination skills
Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines
