Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ubud for an Appointment Setter at Bali Nexus Investment Partners. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling client meetings, managing appointment calendars, and conducting lead qualification activities. The role also involves effective communication with potential investors, providing excellent customer service and support, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients and the advisory team. Qualifications Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling Experience in Lead Qualification and identifying high-quality investment prospects Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Customer Service expertise with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and meeting client needs Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities Familiarity with real estate or investment industry is a plus Proficiency in using scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
