We are a leading professional hydrocolloids manufacturer and service provider. To enhance key accounts service and support business growth in AMEA, we are hiring an Application R&D Engineer for our Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities:

-      Conduct R&D technical exchanges with key customers in the dairy and beverage industry, understand their needs, provide professional solutions, and support sales teams in expanding business and serving clients.

-      Collaborate closely with the headquarters’ technical team to deliver new product development tasks on time, with high quality and in full quantity, in alignment with the company’s R&D strategy.

-      Take responsibility for technical communication between the company and clients, and lead the performance and quality development of customer-specific products.

-      Collect and analyze global market and technological intelligence related to the enterprise, and promote diverse forms of domestic and international technical cooperation and exchanges.

Requirements:‌

-      Bachelor’s degree in fermentation, food science, biology, chemistry, or related fields; preferred qualifications.

-      Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in application R&D within the dairy industry.

-      Rigorous, composed, and highly logical, with the ability to independently drive product development.

-      Strong learning capability and innovative mindset, open to embracing new technologies and concepts.

-      Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp customer requirements.

-      Willing to travel to China for learning product and application knowledge and conducting experiments.
