Job Scope:

Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations

Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs

Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations

Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery

Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status

Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements

Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in airfreight operations (export/import)

Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures

Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems

Team player, responsible, and detail-oriented

Working hours:

9am-6pm (Mon-Fri),

9am-1pm(Sat)
