Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of air conditioning installation technicians. 

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Develop and implement efficient installation schedules. 

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. 

Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Complete tasks on time and ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out. 

Ensure prompt response to emergency installation requests. 

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers. 

Supervisor, train and ensure quality work delivery by the installers

Perform any other duty that may be directed by management 

Requirements:

Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.

Minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.

Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.

Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

No experience is also welcome to join as apprentice.
