Job description for Administrative Executive – The Claymore at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Our client, The Claymore, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the daily administrative and estate operations of a prestigious high-end residential development. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the property.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in handling residents’ feedback and complaints while maintaining proper documentation and records
Support the Condominium Manager in updating strata roll records and handling Section 47(1)(c) notices
Assist in petty cash management, collection of payments, and daily account closing
Update trust account transactions and prepare receipts for residents
Manage bookings of estate facilities in accordance with House Rules, By-Laws, and SOPs
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure smooth documentation of estate records
Update notice boards regularly with relevant information and announcements
Maintain office stationery inventory and equipment maintenance records
Coordinate council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed
Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in property management
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant ITE certification
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player
Applicants must be willing to work a 5.5-day work week
