Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including calculating sales commissions and other related financial tasks
• Support the issuance of Delivery Orders (D.O.) and ensure all supporting documents are properly prepared and filed
• Handle Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications and prepare Risk Assessments in compliance with safety requirements
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Manage email correspondence, sending, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate company vehicle matters, including insurance renewal, road tax renewal, and vehicle inspection for cars and vans
