Job description for Administrative Assistant at Samwoh Corporation Pte Ltd
REPONSIBILITIES
(a) Handle full purchasing cycle, including obtaining vendor quotations, processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and preparing monthly reports;
(b) Follow up on vendor delivery orders, invoices, and monthly statement of accounts;
(c) Prepare quotations, and correspondences letter;
(d) Handle all filing matters of operation departments;
(e) General administration duties;
(f) Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:
· Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;
· Report unsafe acts and incidents;
· Do not tamper with safety devices or perform wilful or reckless acts; and
(g) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deems fit.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
