ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement administrative work plans based on directions from supervisors or management.
Manage and coordinate the procurement of office supplies (ATK) and other administrative needs for the work unit.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the designated system or filing method.
Monitor and manage office inventory to ensure availability of required materials.
Prepare, input, and update administrative data in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify and reconcile administrative reports, including stock or document checks.
Coordinate and provide feedback to HR/Personnel Admin regarding employee-related matters.
Prepare and submit reports on administrative activities and issues to supervisors and/or related departments.
Support daily office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
