Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary orientation and training.
Help new employees integrate into the company culture and align with organizational goals.
Foster positive working relationships between employees and management.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and encourage a positive work culture.
Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
Manage HR-related documentation and compliance.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare regular reports on training activities, employee performance, and HR metrics.
General Qualifications
Proven Experience : Minimum 1 years as a HR Officer / Training Officer within the villa management or Hospitality industry
Multitasking & Resilience : Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Language & Communication : Fluent in English
Can join ASAP and currently stayed in Bali
