Position: Full-Time TikTok Content Creator – Restaurant (Jakarta-Based)

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to join our team full-time. As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for producing engaging, entertaining, and brand-relevant content that showcases our restaurant’s food, ambience, promotions, and customer experiences — all tailored for TikTok.

This role is based in Jakarta, but you must be willing to travel to visit outlets outside the city for content production.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative content concepts aligned with brand voice and TikTok trends

- Shoot, edit, and publish high-performing TikTok videos regularly

- Be comfortable appearing on camera and/or directing on-camera content

- Stay updated with viral trends, audio, hashtags, and TikTok features

- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to feature new menu items, events, and seasonal campaigns

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule based on the weekly content calendar

- Analyze TikTok performance metrics (views, likes, shares, retention) and continuously optimize content strategy

- Visit outlets outside Jakarta when needed to create localized or event-based content

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience creating content for TikTok, either for personal or professional use (portfolio or account link required)

- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior, and editing styles

- Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and a good sense of humor

- Ability to shoot and edit videos using a smartphone and basic editing tools/apps

- Confident in front of the camera (or directing talents if needed)

- Passion for food, dining culture, and the F&B industry

- Self-disciplined and able to work independently with weekly deadlines

- Based in Jakarta and open to travel to other cities for content production

Plus Points:

- Experience managing a TikTok account for an F&B brand

- Skills in basic video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.)

- Experience with UGC-style content

- Existing TikTok account with good reach or history of going viral

- Photography or basic design skills (not mandatory but helpful
