Job description for Admin cum Book-Keeping Executive at Circular Law Chambers
Job Description:
Basic accounting and book-keeping tasks;
Assist the Finance & Admin team to see to proper month-end closing and reporting;
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reporting of firm’s monthly results;
Manage bill postings and credit control activities in a timely fashion;
Monthly budget and cash flow reporting;
Conducting all necessary searches, stamping and other administrative work;
Uploading of client & case details into File Management System;
Opening, locating and archiving of files;
Prepare reports and accounting of daily file count, monthly referral reports and monthly staff sales;
Assist in data analysis.
Requirements:
MS Office skills - proficient in MS Excel & Word a must;
Knowledge of Tessaract Practice Management System is an advantage;
Must have good interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong problem solving skills;
Must have initiative and adaptable to changes;
A proactive person with positive attitude;
Ability to multi-task and work as a team;
Able to work independently and have strong attention to details;
Experience in a law firm would be an advantage;
Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period is an advantage;
