Job description for Admin Assistant at Finmark
- Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries
- Preparing of documents for customer/vendor orders and follow up
- Quotations / invoices for customer Service requests
- Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory;
- Updating of invoices to accounts (OJT)
- Check Customer designs (OJT)
- Coordinating with sales personnel order follow up
- any other duties as assigned by the company
- 5 days week
- 9am to 6pm working hours
- Near to Machperson MRT
