Job description for Admin Assistant at All Industrial Manufacturing
We are a growing company and seeking employees who are eager to grow and develop together with us.
We are planning to provide a daily direct bus transfer from the Johor Bahru (JB) checkpoint to the company (Kaki Bukit) each morning (Monday to Friday).
Two open positions are available:
First open position: Admin Assistant – Sales Coordinator Role
Job description:
Follow up quotation, orders and related requirements with customer
Provide after-sales support to customers
Responsive to customer’s enquires
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior
Second open position: Admin Assistant- Procurement Role
Job Description:
Handle and process purchase enquiries
Follow up with vendors on quotations, ensuring compliance with required specifications
Negotiate logistics costs to achieve cost efficiency
Update the Sales Department regularly on the status of enquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements:
GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Chinese, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers
SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
