We are seeking an experienced Admin Sales Coodinator (Team Lead) to manage Sales administration and coordination activities. The role involves liaising with customers and internal departments including logistics, production, and warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
The role also includes supervising junior sales coordinator staff and ensure accurate and timely execution of sales related documentation.
🔧Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments (logistics, production, warehouse) on sales orders and delivery arrangements
- Process sales orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor order status and ensure smooth fulfillment
- Resolve operational issues related to order processing and delivery
- Supervise and guide junior admin sales coordinator staff in daily operations
🎯Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in admin / sales coordination role
- Experience in invoicing and order processing is required
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments (customers, logistics, production, warehouse)
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
