We are the largest Afterlife Venue in Singapore with an integrated one stop solution comprising of funeral parlours and columbarium niches in Singapore. We provide a new and innovative perspective to the funerary industry in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Handle correspondence, documentation, proper filing, and record management
Provide administrative support to other departments such as Sales, Operations, and HR
General administrative and clerical duties
Handle goggle reviews, feedback, and complaints efficiently and courteously
Support finance tasks like invoices processing and payments etc
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Min LCCI Accounting / Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Proficient in MS office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail
