Job Responsibilities:

Assists the Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in project planning and coordinates and oversees all work on the site.

Study drawing, plans, specifications, and scope of work.

Responsible for the submission of material samples and shop drawings.

Monitoring the construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.

Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.

Prepare progress claims to the main contractor on a monthly basis.

Prepare payment certificate and verify sub-contractor work progress.

Ensure quality standards and Safety Requirements are adhered to.

Work closely with the project team and resolve all technical issues.

Familiar with calculations with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load, and external static pressure calculation

Maintain, manage, and document according to ISO Standards.

Able to execute multiple tasks and projects

Other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirements

Able to work 5.5 days per week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Admiralty MRT Station
