About the role

Join the thriving accounting and advisory firm, ACCSENSE CONSULTING PTE. LTD., as an Accounts Executive. This full-time position is based in the Downtown Core Central Region, offering you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of clients' financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other key financial reports

Assist with tax preparation, including GST/VAT filings and compliance

Provide support and guidance to clients on accounting-related matters

Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and client service enhancements

Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure client compliance

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting

Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients

Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in continuously improving processes

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related field
