Job description for Accounts Executive (Contract) at i-PRO APAC PTE LTD
This is a 1-year outsourced contract role. The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Finance Manager and the Accounts & Admin Executive for financial closing and analysis for business of i-PRO in APAC region and assist with management reporting functions. This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Execute monthly financial closing processes and procedures on a timely basis and assist in preparing financial reports for monthly submission to HQ.
Checking business expenses and staff claims and ensuring accurate data entry.
Assist in checking and processing all payments for APAC.
Assist in review and submission of GST Returns and any other AU Governmental Returns needed.
Assist with internal/external Audit when required.
Manage/Support ad-hoc Finance/Accounting related projects/initiatives, as and when required.
Assist the Accounts & Admin Executive and the Finance Manager for any other important matters relating to the monthly financial closing of i-PRO APAC.
Assist in Finance/Accounting for South Asia business.
Qualifications
Minimum a Diploma, Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification
3-5 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Familiar with usage of accounting systems. (eg. SAP)
Experience in handling full-set financial/accounts closing process will be advantageous.
Experience in handling South Asia financial/accounts and/or closing process will be advantageous.
