Handle daily accounting and finance-related duties for construction projects and company operations
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate accounting records and data entry in accounting system
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and expense reports
Monitor project expenses and support cost tracking
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents
Assist with payroll processing and employee claims
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, auditors, and external parties
Ensure proper filing and compliance with company accounting procedures
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management
