our client inthe food processing industry is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to strengthen its finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in accounting operations, especially those familiar with factory settings and possessing strong tax knowledge.

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Monitor and control budgeting and cost accounting related to factory operations
• Ensure tax compliance (PPN, PPh, etc.), including preparation and submission of tax reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
• Implement and improve internal controls within the accounting process
• Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placed full-time in Sidoarjo, East Java
