Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of Accounting basics, Purchasing cycles, and AP principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of tax regulations (VAT/PPN, Income Tax/PPh) and the validity of Tax Invoices.

Familiarity with accounting software.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong time management abilities.

Job Description:

Memeriksa keabsahan faktur vendor, purchase order, dan receiving report.

Melakukan pembayaran ke vendor tepat waktu sesuai term pembayaran.

Menghitung PPH atas transaksi

Membuat Posted Purchase Invoice ( Penjurnalan)

Melakukan konfirmasi kepada user terkait dokumen yang perlu di lengkapi

Melakukan kontrol agar tidak terjadi double pembayaran

Melakukan rekonsiliasi utang dan mendukung penutupan buku bulanan (monthly closing)
