About the Role
We are hiring an experienced professional who combines client management expertise with creator strategist capabilities, responsible for bridging the gap between strategy, content, and marketing campaign execution in local and regional markets.
You will assist the team in translating consumer insights into creator briefs, collaborate with the regional operations team to manage creators throughout the entire content production process, and join the Group Director in client meetings. You need to be familiar with local market conditions, capable of guiding creators to produce content that aligns with the brand tone, and ensure the smooth progress of the production process while preserving the creative vitality of the content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Insight
Translate business goals into creator approaches (angles, hooks, formats, KPI targets).
Localisation of insight for Local place and regional markets; trend POVs (TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts, TikTok Shop/Shopee Live/LazLive).
Creator & production leadership
Manage regional operations team on sourcing/vetting creators; scoping , usage and deliverables.
Manage pre-production process (creator briefs, shortlists, storyboards, timelines); coach creators on tone, retention, CTAs.
QA cuts and finals; ensure brand safety and local compliance.
Client Partnership
Co-present strategy, WIPs, and post-campaign learnings; capture feedback and turn it into actions.
Confident meeting hygiene: clear agendas, next steps, risks, and mitigations.
· Lead and manage a high-performing client service team to provide clients with professional content strategies and project execution support.
· Develop innovative, strategic, and creative proposals based on client needs, accurately grasp client requirements, and ultimately take responsibility for the effective implementation of projects.
Measurement & Optimisation
Work with regional operations team to track ER/VTR, CTR/CPA/GMV (where relevant) and content optimisation
Build insights, learnings and actionable optimisations based on data.
What we are looking for
• Have 5 years experience working in Social/Creator Marketing, including hands-on creator & affiliate management.
• Based in Local place with deep understanding of local trends and the influencer landscape.
• Working knowledge of short form video creation (hooks, retention, editing flow etc).
• Experience in KOL/influencer marketing, content production, and campaign management.
• Great communicator, organised, and comfortable working with cross border teams.
• Confident client presence – structured thinking, great meeting hygiene.
• Proactive and responsive — able to keep projects moving and solve problems quickly.
• Fluency in local language, Mandarin Chinese and English.
Nice to Haves
• E-Commerce/Affiliate Marketing experience (TikTok Shop, Livestreaming, Shopee Live ,LazLive)
• Experience in social platform analytics.
• Fluent language skills
