Job Description:
· Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development.
· Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities.
· Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
· Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation.
· Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments.
· Prepare sales proposal and quotations.
· Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback.
· Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target).
· Achieve assigned sales goals.
· Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance.
· Any other duties as and when assigned by direct reporting superior or from the management team.
Qualification and Requirement:
· 2 years of Corporate Sales Experience is preferred but those without are also welcomed to apply.
· Experience in a training solution sales, will be an added advantage.
· Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development.
· Sales-driven and results-oriented.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Coachable.
