Job description for [245] Product Support at Sinar Mas Multiartha

Responsibilities
Requirements
Work Arrangement

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, including bugs, errors, and performance problems.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and validate system behavior.
  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to internal teams or clients.
  • Contribute to improving product quality through proactive issue tracking and feedback.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in software or product support.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java.
  • Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL query writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
  • Placement: West Jakarta.
  • Work setup: Work from Office (WFO).
  • Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
