Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive affiliate program to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the program.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all affiliate activities.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide insights, and refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and affiliate platforms
