Primary Duties of School Manager:
Manage a team of Logistics Staff and Student Support to ensure smooth operations and daily running of school at primary location. This includes working with other departments to make sure school operations, across campuses, run smoothly
To be the face of the company in front of our students in daily basis, including being lead on key events including ceremonies, heart connections, and
Plan, conduct, and overview tasks on pre/during and post YTT
Working with offline teachers, both residents and guest teachers, to maintain above standard training quality for our students
Maintain school integrirty through implementing Yoga Alliance standards for attendance and hours of classes attended per student for certification purposes
Support, plan, and be involved in special events involving school and/or the students
Creating and organizing Standards of Practices (SOPs), Asana tasks, and other management methods for organized task planning and completion
Maintain good flow of communication with all current of past students through social media groups, alongside Community Manager
Management of offline teachers in ways that promote HOM standards in students’ experience
Provide emotional and physical support to students as needed, such as 1-on-1 talk sessions or providing first aid
