Role Overview:
Responsible for creating engaging visual content and creative assets that support ICIA’s digital communication, marketing campaigns, and brand presence across social media platforms.
Job Description:
• Create visual designs for social media content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts based on content plans and marketing strategies.
• Design various digital assets, including social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
• Revise designs based on feedback from the team.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and visual design styles to improve content performance.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content creation.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Note: This is a fully online internship and volunteering program focused on learning and real work experience. As such, no financial compensation will be provided. During the program, you are required to be able to be participate online (Remote) and able to dedicate approximately 2 hours per day on working day
