Position
Visa & Work Permit Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign nationals (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Understanding of Indonesian immigration regulations and foreign manpower licensing procedures.
- Familiar with RPTKA, Work Permit (Notification), Visa, e-Visa, KITAS, MERP, IMTA, and related immigration documents.
- Good administrative, documentation, and filing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in processing and monitoring foreign employee licensing and immigration documents.
2. Prepare, review, and submit required documents for:
3. RPTKA (Foreign Manpower Utilization Plan)
4. Work Permit / Notification
5. Visa & e-Visa (Telex Visa)
6. Limited Stay Permit (KITAS)
7. Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit (MERP)
8. IMTA (if applicable)
9. Investor KITAS
10. Tourist Visa and Business Visa
11. Coordinate with government institutions, including Immigration Office, Ministry of Manpower, OSS, and other related authorities.
12. Communicate with clients regarding document requirements, application progress, and permit validity.
13. Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and updated.
14. Monitor visa and permit expiration dates and provide timely renewal reminders.
15. Ensure all applications comply with prevailing immigration and employment regulations.
16. Support senior consultants in handling immigration and work permit projects.
17. Prepare periodic reports on application status and project progress.
