KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 dalam bidang Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait, atau memiliki portofolio yang demonstratif.
Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman sebagai WordPress Developer dengan track record yang terbukti dalam mengembangkan proyek-proyek berkualitas.
Penguasaan yang mendalam terhadap PHP, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk custom development.
Pengalaman dalam menggunakan WordPress ecosystem, termasuk custom theme development, plugin development, dan WordPress multisite.
Pemahaman yang solid tentang MySQL/database management dan WordPress database structure.
Pengalaman dengan version control systems seperti Git.
Kemampuan untuk menangani multiple project dan deadline secara simultan dengan manajemen waktu yang baik.
Komitmen terhadap best practices dalam coding, security, dan SEO optimization.
Pengalaman dengan tools seperti WP-CLI, Composer, dan build tools adalah nilai tambah.
