About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with a strong emphasis on frontend development to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-performing, fully responsive WordPress interfaces, building custom themes, and maintaining the frontend performance of our web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into clean, performant, and pixel-perfect WordPress frontend code.
- Develop, customise, and maintain responsive landing pages, custom themes, and page structures.
- Optimise website speed, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and guarantee mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Integrate and configure necessary plugins, page builders (Elementor or Gutenberg), and core WordPress components.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement site updates and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).
- WordPress Expertise: Proven experience in custom theme development, page builders, and plugin management.
- Core Competencies: Must be a quick learner capable of adapting rapidly to existing workflows, technical stacks, and project requirements.
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for technical documentation and team communication.
Location: Ability to work on-site at our Jakarta office.
