Job description for Winter Internship - Coding Educator (Secondary) at Coding Lab
Coding Lab is looking for a Coding Educator (Secondary) - Intern for the winter vacation (Dec 2022 - Early Jan 2023). We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering future leaders in technology, and making a lasting impact in their lives by empowering them with the necessary digital skills to thrive in this age of technology.
Coding Educator (Secondary) - Intern - Roles and responsibilities
a) Inspiring and teaching coding to Secondary/Tertiary students (Ages 13 -19)
b) Assisting in the development of curriculum
c) Helping out in logistical support for key classes and events (Eg. Tradeshows)
d) Developing/improving internal processes (Eg. Website/Data analytics)
e) Coding Ambassador (Empower and engage children from the needy/underprivileged/ and other communities as a whole)

Currently an undergraduate in Science/Computing/Engineering, you will get to pick up real-world skills that give you valuable experience for future job applications. You are great at what you do, and passionate about empowering others, especially children, with the power to create with digital technology. You may have programmed an app or two or written a countdown timer in Python, which you. A self-starter, you are focused, disciplined, as well as pro-active and quick to find solutions that fit problems you identify, to make things better for the Business and our students.
