Job description for Wedding Specialist at GAIA Wedding Organizer
1. Manage end-to-end wedding planning projects from concept development to event execution.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, checklists, and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
3. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Lead project meetings, site inspections, technical meetings, and client consultations.
5. Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
6. Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards and client satisfaction.
8. Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare project reports for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Communications, or a related gt field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Management, or Project Management.
2. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the wedding planning process and event operations.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
