Respond to inquiries from prospective couples via phone, email, and in person.
Conduct venue/site tours and sales presentations with potential clients.
Understand client needs and customize wedding packages accordingly.
Prepare detailed proposals and close sales effectively to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with event planners, catering, operations, and vendors to ensure client expectations are met.
Attend wedding fairs and promotional events to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners (e.g., florists, photographers, planners).
