As we continue to expand our services and enhance the guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients, particularly those interested in wedding services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The Wedding Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities related to wedding events at Amayi Resort Nusa Dua. This includes engaging with potential clients, presenting tailored wedding packages, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning, and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process. The role also involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring customer feedback, and contributing to the overall growth of the resort’s wedding division. A successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
We are seeking candidates who hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service. Strong skills in customer service, sales strategy, wedding supervision, sales and marketing, and communication are essential. Candidates should be friendly, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. While prior experience in the hospitality or wedding industry is a plus, we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
