Job description for Wedding Sales Consultant at Marquee Executive Offices

Job Descriptions :

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Wedding Sales Consultant to drive wedding business growth by acquiring new clients and providing exceptional consultation experiences. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end wedding sales process, from generating leads, understanding client needs, closing deals, and coordinating with venues and vendors to ensure successful events.

Requirements :

Generate leads and actively approach potential wedding clients
Conduct wedding consultations and understand clients’ needs, concepts, budgets, and preferences
Recommend suitable venues and wedding packages from our partner venues
Prepare wedding proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the wedding journey
Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event preparation
Monitor wedding event arrangements and ensure excellent client experience until event completion
Achieve assigned wedding sales targets and revenue goals
