Job description for Wedding Project Executive for SayYes RSVP at Bridestory
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Project Executive to join our SayYes RSVP – Digital Invitation team. You will work closely with couples as they plan one of the most important days of their lives. Your primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of each wedding project, ensuring smooth execution, providing exceptional client support, and bringing every couple's vision to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full sales cycle — from responding to leads and running consultations to closing confirmed bookings
- Coordinating multiple wedding projects at once, working closely with design, tech, and ops teams to keep everything on schedule
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, wedding planners, and guests — answering questions on invitations, RSVPs, and event details
- Serving as the on-site Person in Charge (PIC) on wedding days, ensuring digital invitation and guest management services run smoothly
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently hitting sales and project KPI
- Representing SayYes RSVP at Bridestory Market & Fair — engaging visitors, running promotions, and converting leads on the spot
What you'll need:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major
- 2+ years in wedding, hospitality, or events (bonus points for sales or project management experience)
- A natural closer who builds real relationships with clients
- Sharp communication & negotiation skills — you can read a room and adjust
- Insanely organized (we're talking triple-check-the-spelling detail)
- Warm, confident, and comfortable with all kinds of personalities
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office & CRM tools; event software know-how is a plus
- Flexible with evenings/weekends for tours and events
