Job description for Wedding Planner - Bali at Bali Moon Wedding
Location/Hours: MENGWI, BALI / MON–SAT / 45 HOURS PER WEEK
FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
YOUR ROLE
- Handle email and social media enquiries in English and Indonesian.
- Prepare quotations and meet clients.
- Assist with site visits and book suppliers.
- Coordinate wedding-day activities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Female Indonesian candidates.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible and self-motivated.
- Enjoy working outdoors; flexible with working hours and able to ride a scooter.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Experience in events or weddings and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
