Job description for Website & Marketplace Management Intern at TORAJAMELO CAREERS
Responsibilities:
- Daily Website Monitoring: Ensure all company websites are running smoothly, regularly checking for issues, and making updates as needed.
- E-commerce Website Oversight: Maintain and manage all company marketplaces (Shopee,etc.), ensuring product listings are up-to-date and consistent across all platforms.
- Product Management: Upload new products, edit existing listings, and ensure all product details (descriptions, pricing, etc.) are accurate.
- Visual Content Management: Edit product images, background pictures, and videos for both the website and marketplaces to maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
- Catalog Creation: Use Canva to design visually appealing product catalogs and marketing materials for the company.
- Platform Expertise: Work on WordPress for website management and Figma for design-related tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues on websites or marketplaces, working closely with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure product information is accurate across all platforms by performing regular audits and checks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva for creating catalogs and design assets.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management.
- Familiarity with Figma for design-related tasks and collaborations.
- Experience in managing website and marketplace platforms (e.g., uploading and editing product listings).
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, web management, product operations, and design.
This is an office-based (WFO) internship lasting 5-6 months, with a monthly salary of IDR 500,000.
