Job description for Web Scraping Specialist at PT Pena Teknologi Indonesia

Job Description:

Develop and maintain web scraping programs and scripts to gather data from various web pages.
Manage and analyze data sets obtained through web scraping, ensuring accuracy, and quality.
Test, maintain, and troubleshoot web scraping processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
Process, clean, and transform data sets to ensure consistency and usability.
Collaborate with different teams in the organization to understand data needs and requirements.
Support and guidance in utilizing and interpreting data for operational and sales purposes.
Assist in automation projects to streamline data gathering and analysis processes.
Develop and implement data scraping procedures and best practices.
Utilize DevOps and Cloud Computing technologies, such as AWS and GCP.
Perform other duties as assigned related to data operations and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Scienct, or relevant field.
Min. 2-3 years of experience in data operations, web scraping, or related roles.
Proven experience with web scraping techniques and tools, such as (JavaScript, Python, .NET, etc).
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Konwledge of DevOps and Cloud Computing technologies is a plus.
